Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds.

 

We have a 3-day adjustment period, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request any adjustments if the item has any issues.

To be eligible for an adjustment, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Requests will only be accepted within our discretion and is not guaranteed.

To start an adjustment, you can contact us at info@cielomiajewelry.com. Please note that you will be notified of the return address once we contact you back.

If your adjustment is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an adjustment will not be accepted.

 

To ensure that any item purchased comes out perfectly, we offer wax samples of the original piece with a required deposit, the amount of which will be at our discretion. Please note that any adjustments needed from the wax piece may incur additional costs to the final price.

Upgrades can only be done if you double the price of the piece you are upgrading. Custom pieces with logos, names or any personalization cannot be upgraded as they are final sale.

Disposable ring sizers are also available for purchase for $5.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Lifetime Insurance

If there are any damages and issues from engineering issues during the creation of the item, we will repair them at no cost. We do not offer free repairs for any damages or issues caused by the user (such as general misuse). We offer fallen stone protection, as long as the item has been prong checked with us twice a year. As part of routine maintenance, we offer complimentary small repairs, re-polishing, and prong checks. We offer resizing services, with fees waived if the item is sized down.

 

If your item has been inspected, touched, or repaired by another jeweler, any lifetime service stated above are revoked.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
